| Day 1 | Fly overnight to Rome. |
|
| Day 2 | Arrive at Rome Airport. Enjoy a panoramic city tour and a light lunch with an afternoon check in at the hotel. Welcome dinner at the hotel this evening |

| Day 3 | After breakfast at the hotel, we'll enjoy a full day comprehensive sightseeing tour of Rome. In the morning, we'll concentrate on Ancient Rome featuring the famous monuments and artifacts of Rome, and in the afternoon, following time for lunch (on your own), we'll tour Modern Rome Civitavecchia. Today, we'll see sights including the Coliseum, the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and so much more. Late afternoon return to the hotel for dinner and overnight. |

| Day 4 | After breakfast, we'll check out of the hotel, and visit St. Peter's Basilica and Vatican City. We'll tour the Vatican Museums, including a visit to the Sistine Chapel where we'll view Michelangelo's "Creation," and the famous "Last Supper." After our visit, we're off to the port of Rome to board and check in for our cruise on the Costa Pacifica, our home for seven nights. Enjoy a light lunch, and time to get acquainted with the ship before dinner and evening departure. |

| Day 5 | Savona ( Portofino ), Italy: Home to Costa Crociere, this city boasts a picturesque medieval center, great shopping and wonderful Italian restaurants. Visit the recently restored castle, the Priamar, and the oldest working lighthouse, the Lantern. Not too far away is the picturesque Portofino. When you're done, relax at one of the beautiful nearby beaches. |

| Day 6 | Barcelona, Spain: Barcelona is one of Spain's most exciting, flamboyant and sophisticated cities. Explore the Barrio Gotico (old quarter), a 14th-century maze of tiny houses, stately palaces and intriguing shops. Listen to the musical murmur of Catalan voices and watch dancers sway to the Sardana in a lively Ramblas cafe. See Gaudi's architectural fantasies curving over Modernisme facades in the Eixample and the soaring spires of the Sagrada Familia. |

| Day 7 | Palma DeMallorca, Spain: Escape to a natural island paradise, cultural hot spot and non-stop party all in one city. Visit some of Europe's best boutiques and restaurants. Take an afternoon bike ride on the trails of the Serra de Llevant. Discover Gothic architecture, hilltop villages, olive groves and hidden beaches. |

| Day 8 | Tunis, Tunisia: Travel to one of Africa's northern-most cities. Small winding roads take you uphill where the Big Mosque and old palace of the Bey of Tunis stand. Marvel at the ornate Palace of Dar Ben Abdallah and the magnificent mosque. Be sure to visit the medina - the center of the city full of historical fountains, palaces, and unique craft shops. |

| Day 9 | Valletta, Malta: This is Malta's capital. The Knights of St. John established their headquarters here in 1530. Don't miss St. John's Cathedral and the Grand Master's Palace. The city is a delight to shop in: narrow side streets are full of tiny shops selling antiques, maps, books, prints and jewelry. |

| Day 10 | Palermo, Sicily: Sicily's capital is the most ancient island kingdom in Italy. Under its modern veneer, you'll find the old city, teeming with life in every nook and cranny. In lively cafes and shops selling pungent strings of garlic and cheeses, you'll find the Italy of old, with local women dressed in black murmuring incantations in the enormous, light-pierced cathedral. |

| Day 11 | Civitavecchia ( Rome ), Italy: Disembark the ship and transfer to Rome Airport. Arrive Home. |
