| Day 3 | Festival Parade: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. This morning we set out for the 500 Festival Parade in downtown Indianapolis, where we have reserved seating. This is the 54th Anniversary of the parade. This event includes nationally known celebrities, costumed characters, marching bands, patriotic units, specialty units, spectacular floats, and giant helium balloons filling the streets to celebrate the world’s largest single-day sporting event, the Indianapolis 500. The tradition continues with 33 starting drivers of the Indianapolis 500 serving as honorary grand marshals the day before the race, riding in the traditional rows of three, with 2010 winner of the pole position bringing up the rear. The Festival Parade will pass nearly 300,000 spectators along its two-mile route and the parade is televised nationally on ESPN 2. After the parade, visit the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame Museum at the track, along with some free time in downtown Indianapolis. Tonight, we have dinner at an Indianapolis restaurant.
