Do you offer a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes. Once TURNER has confirmation from you that your trip is to be scheduled, you can request a certificate from our insurance company be sent to you.

What is your D.O.T. (Department of Transportation) number and rating?
TURNER
’s #070745 and rating is Satisfactory, the highest possible. Inspections are at random unless the D.O.T. receives complaints about a company.

What is your D.O.D. (Department of Defense) rating?
TURNER
has a rating of 1, the highest possible. Inspections are every two years.

TURNER offers ‘Peace-of-Mind’ when traveling with us. We carry a $10 Million liability policy, which also includes Terrorism Risk, and a $1 Million “Errors and Omissions” Insurance Policy.

TURNER offers services that will benefit your group’s departing from the Midwest and our state – Indiana. TURNER has motorcoaches that should interest your company and its clients. We offer 29, 47, and 48 passengers, but most are 54 passenger European Style models including the following: ­ Reclining Seats, Climate Control,­ Optional Card table in the rear of each Motorcoach,­ Restroom facility ,­ Racks in the luggage compartments for uniforms, ­ DVD/VCR and monitor systems, ­ P/A system.   One (1) Motorcoach is ADA wheelchair accessible.

What is the Type and age of your equipment?
TURNER:
Prevost. Over three-fourths (90%) of our Fleet are 5 Star European Style with tray tables on the back of every seat. Over half (½) of our Fleet averages 4 years in age or newer.

What is your Maintenance policy?
TURNER:
Every 5,000 miles, a detailed inspection and service is performed. At every other 10,000 miles, an additional required inspection and services are performed. All drivers for each trip fill out Pre and Post trip inspection sheets. Maintenance receives this information and corrects any problems that are indicated.

What is your Driver Policy?

- To be hired as a TURNER driver, they must be at least 25 years of age and have a current Class A or B with endorsement P, CDL (Commercial Drivers License). TURNER performs background checks on driving records as well as FBI’s 10-year background check.

- They must complete a D.O.T. physical by our doctor and must have this physical every two years after being hired.

- They must have a pre-employment drug screening and will have random drug/alcohol screening after being hired.

- After being hired, the driver will go through additional classroom and driver training before they are allowed to drive for TURNER.

- Every year we receive a vehicle violation record from the Department of Motor Vehicles on our drivers (including their own private vehicles).

- Twice a year they must complete a driving course (minimum of 2 hours) with TURNER’s Safety Director.

- At the end of each trip, the group leader is to sign the bottom of the driver’s charter for the trip release and has space to write down any requests or comments he/she may have.

- All drivers are to give a verbal speech stating TURNER’s safety requirements while passengers are on board the motorcoach.

- TURNER’s Safety Director conducts surprise evaluation check rides with all drivers several times a year.

What is your Breakdown record?
TURNER:
Minimal.

What is your Breakdown Policy?
If a breakdown occurs, the TURNER driver is to call our maintenance personnel. They will talk them through the problem for minor repairs. If additional repairs are necessary, we’ll arrange for help from another company in that area to repair and/or take the group on to their destination. Once the motorcoach is repaired, we will meet up with the group and transport them as originally planned.

What is your Out of Service record?
TURNER:
Coaches are only out for required inspections, services, and maintenance, or as repairs are needed.

What is your Accident history?
The few problems TURNER has experienced have been due to customers who do not heed the safety speech at the beginning of the trip.
