Departures:
TURNER will arrive at their pickup departure location at ISU thirty (30) minutes prior to their departure time. Student passengers are expected to arrive at the pickup departure location no later than fifteen (15) minutes prior to departure. TURNER should arrive at the other locations ten to fifteen (10-15) minutes prior to departure. Times are tentative based on weather and traffic. Shuttles shall depart on time TURNER will not wait on students.
Luggage Guidelines:
Passengers are allowed two pieces of luggage to be stowed under the coach and one small carry-on bag per seat booked. Maximum weight per piece is 50 LBS. Bicycles, skis, or excessively bulky items are not permitted. If transporting large musical instruments students are to contact TURNER in advance regarding possible accommodations.
Behavior Guidelines:
ISU would like to ensure safe and pleasant travel for all of our students traveling. To ensure a pleasant journey for all, ISU shall expect passengers to adhere to the following guidelines. The following is strictly prohibited:

Boarding coaches with weapons, illegal substances, or alcoholic beverages.

Smoking

All food products must be wrapped and in containers.

No coolers or loose ice.
-
No open containers or glass bottles.
-
Socializing in coach aisles while coach is moving.
-
Music unless headphones are used (coaches are equipped with TV/DVD entertainment).

Loud and profane language.
Travel Reservations, Cancellations, and Refunds:

Students are to contact TURNER by phone (812-232-5252 or 800-873-5252) in order to make a reservation for a trip and to arrange for payment. TURNER will ask for each student ISU ID Number. All ISU ID Numbers begin with 991. TURNER shall not permit anyone to make a reservation or to ride on a coach unless they have an ISU ID Number. No online payments offered or accepted. No walk-ons will be permitted.

Legal name, address, telephone number, and email address required at time of reservation for each student traveling.

ISU Student ID required when boarding the motorcoach.

All reservations must be turned in to TURNER'S office a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the trip date, at which time TURNER will make a determination if the trip will go and/or what size motor coach will be used. All reservations received just two (2) weeks prior to the trip or thereafter will be placed on a waiting list and those on the list will be notified no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the trip date of availability. No reservations will be accepted seventy-two (72) hours prior to a trip date. All reservations are final with credit toward a future trip or a refund being handled on a case-by-case basis.
Weather Related Issues:

TURNER will make every effort towards on-time service, however, TURNER cannot guarantee any departures or arrivals, which may be affected by weather, traffic, or mechanical problems. TURNER reserves the right to cancel any trip without notice due to weather or mechanical issues. TURNER shall do their best to replace a motor coach that may have mechanical issues with another motor coach, if one is available. Due to inclement weather, TURNER will either reschedule the trip to a later or earlier timeframe or cancel the trip. If a trip is cancelled due to weather or mechanical issues, TURNER will apply all monies toward another trip or a student may receive a refund depending upon their situation.
