This tour includes two full days of touring in the Niagara Parks region.  Complete with a boat ride to the falls, a walk through a cave beside the falls, nightly lights over the falls, and fireworks high above the falls! This tour mixes a good amount of free time to explore with some group activities for faster entrance and special features.

FEATURES: Old Fort Niagara - Step back in time to an era when great empires struggled for control of North America.  Visit the original 18th century buildings, enjoy incredible views and take part in exciting living history programs. The Fort's Visitor Center offers introductory exhibits filled with original artifacts and an award-winning 16-minute orientation film. Don't miss the Fort's original War of 1812 Flag.  Inside the Fort, you'll tour original buildings where Native American, French, British and American soldiers lived and worked from the 18th to the 20th centuries. • Fort Niagara Lighthouse - For the early settlers of America, the Great Lakes and their connecting bodies of water formed a natural system of highways to the interior of the continent. The Fort Niagara Lighthouse served to mark the one of the few natural harbors on Lake Ontario and a vital portage route around Niagara Falls.  • Niagara Power Vista - Experience an exciting and interactive adventure designed for inquisitive minds of all ages! Understand electricity through the eyes of pioneers like Nikola Tesla and Thomas Edison, see how the massive Robert Moses Dam plays a role in providing power. Have the chance to design your own dam, to operate a power grid during a storm, and to walk through a turbine. Enjoy a high-tech virtual ride that takes you plummeting from the sky and into the Niagara River; shooting through the penstocks and swirling around a spinning turbine; then zipping at high speeds along high-tension power lines across the landscapes of New York State. From seat-gripping virtual reality to hands-on experiments to the power of nature ... a must-see for all in the Niagara area! • Niagara Falls State Park - America's oldest state park, brings you closer than you ever thought possible to the grandeur of the Falls. Home to over 400 acres of lush landscape and wildlife, the beautiful Falls themselves, and many famous attractions.  The park was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted and showcases the natural splendor of this protected area. • Maid of the Mist Boat Tour - Operating since 1846, the Maid of the Mist is the one and only tour boat fleet whose captains have safely navigated the mighty waters of the Niagara Gorge for over 100 years. This iconic boat ride operates only on the U.S. side of the Falls and has officially launched two new all-electric, emission-free passenger vessels. Guests from around the world will now enjoy a smoother, quieter and greener ride when visiting the nation's oldest state park. Access the Maid of the Mist via the Observation Tower and journey along the Niagara River to the base of the American and Horseshoe Falls and witness the thundering roar of 600,000 gallons of water. This spectacular ride lasts a half hour and creates a lifetime of memories with each voyage. Blue rain poncho provided. • Cave of the Winds - Before descending into the Niagara Gorge for your breathtaking one-of-a-kind adventure, learn how Nikola Tesla harnessed the power of the Falls to create alternating current, experience what Niagara Falls looked like before it was a park and witness why people from around the globe have been drawn to the edge of the Falls for hundreds of years as you travel through The World Changed Here Pavilion. Then it is time to prepare for the power of the Falls! You will be outfitted in souvenir sandals and ponchos that will do their best to keep you dry before descending 175 feet into the awe-inspiring Niagara Gorge. Exit the elevator cave and find yourself on a series of wooden walkways that will bring you to unbelievable "Hurricane Deck" where you are within feet of the crashing Bridal Veil Falls and surrounded by tropical storm like conditions-even on the calmest of days.
